If there is a violation, will it be detected, documented and resolved with the system you currently have in place?
Would you trust all of your employees to have access to your own confidential personal information including SSN, birth dates and history such as found on a credit application, consumer report, or employee HR file?
Would you trust your own management team to have access to your confidential personal information?
* NPI = nonpublic personal information - i.e. SSN, DL, Account Info, Birth Date’s, etc.
